The data, reports, scores, and signals generated by this service are the result of automated analysis based on public technical and fundamental indicators. They do not constitute recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. The user assumes sole responsibility for any risk arising from their investment decisions.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Shark Report (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

Shark Report is an equity market analysis platform that provides:

A momentum scanner based on technical and fundamental analysis methodologies.
Automatically calculated technical indicators (RS, EMA, RSI, relative volume).
Fundamental data obtained from public sources (earnings, revenue, EPS).
Personal tracking tools (watchlists, trade journal).

3. Limitation of liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

Data displayed may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies derived from the data sources used.
Past results of any strategy or signal shown do not guarantee future results.
Shark Report, its owners, and collaborators shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Service.

4. Permitted use

You agree to:

Use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell data or reports generated by the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Shark Report stores your email address and the watchlists/trades associated with your account. Personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Shark Report reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
